Earlier this week it was reported that Freddie Gibbs was arrested in France last week for allegedly committing a rape a year ago in Austria; Freddie Gibbs Extradition Hearing Delayed!!!

Flip and get all the details on why Freddie Gibbs Extradition Hearing is Delayed…

CelebNMusic247.com got word via MalayMailOnline about Freddie Gibbs arrest and how his attorney was trying to claim that the accusations are purely made up.

We are not sure who to believe, but what we can tell you is that Freddie Gibbs’s extradition hearing to determine whether or not he would be handed over to Austrian authorities has been delayed until June 16. His original court date was yesterday June 7th.

Gibbs team was trying to keep it out of US media, but that didn’t happen thanks to the worldwide web. As for Gibbs, he was arrested last week in Toulouse, France for an alleged rape committed in Austria in 2015. His lawyer, Michael Malka, says that he will fight extradition.

Malka said:

“Freddie Gibbs has indicated to the court that he would not be willing to be handed over to Austrian authorities without exercising his rights to a defense.”

“He categorically denies the accusations made against him in Austria. He is even very surprised that Austria could act on this a year later, while he was on tour in Europe.”

We’ll keep you posted as the story develops, but now catch up on Freddie Gibbs drama with our prior news update…

What do you think about Freddie Gibbs Extradition hearing getting delayed? Do you think that Gibbs did it or the woman is lying?

What we find interesting is that the woman comes forth now after a year? Whats up with that? Something is very weird why it took her a year to come for Gibbs. This is why we are NOT sure if there is any truth to this. Men need to realize women love to be groupies and sleep with their favorite rap star, but when they get what they want, they claim rape. Watch out for what you wish for it might not be what you really want!
