DMX Lock-down Removed by NYC Judge

CelebNMusic247.com has learned that rapper DMX, who runs with an entourage about 20 deep, showed up in court Monday.

He and his entourage appeared for a hearing to see if the judge would lift his travel restrictions. Guess what? He did, but with one stipulation, DMX can only leave the compound of NYC if he is working.

A New York judge now says he CAN leave NY, but he’ll need to file a formal request with the court. Yeah, it’s not gonna be too easy for Earl to bounce. The court has to verify the venue and location where he is going, so no cheating on that.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office in NYC said the rapper owes the IRS $1.7 million after concealing several years’ worth of income. We guess that he will be making money to pay back uncle Sam.

Earl Simmons, best known as DMX landed the lock-down after his arrest for tax evasion.

How did X land the lock-down?

Darkman X pled not guilty to 14 counts of tax evasion and as part of his bail wasn’t allowed to leave the NYC area. regardless of the lock-down being lifted, he is still facing a 44 year sentence behind bars if proven guilty in court.

After the judge lifted the lock-down, X did a freestyle outside the courthouse. Here is some of the lyrics from his freestyle:

“We don’t worry with Murray, he get you outta jail in a hurry/When the government trying to bury you, you good—early!”
