Could this be true? Or is it another bogus report?
Apparently reggaeton superstar Daddy Yankee has come out the closet and revealed to the world that he is gay!
After photos of Yankee, born Ramón Luis Ayala Rodríguez, surface from inside a night club of him allegedly kissing a man, the 36 year-old rapper allegedly released the following statement.
The statement read in the nightclub reads reports Gossip-Grind:
“Yesterday was displayed certain photographs that show a part of me, which I was not prepared to speak for fear of rejection, of criticism, but especially for my family and its consequences. believe that now is the time to grow, not only as a human being, but in all aspects. believe that love is the purest feeling that exists and in this life, having the opportunity to share those moments with someone, which look and forget everything negative, it is a gift of life, I treasure more than myself. ““I do not want to lie and lie out of fear, I love what I do and what I am, my passion, I could never do something else, I feel really bad about not being able to share this with all my friends before, they are the ones I concerned and so I decided to be honest.“
“I wish I could see beyond the note, I am a human being like anyone, flaws and virtues and not think this is a defect, I will not deny.”“I request and I thank the press to respect my family and myself, which concluded the issue with this letter and subsequent statements will not. The singer vented out his frustration surrounding the gay rumors on social media and tweeted a quote by Albert Einstein sharing with his fans his feelings about the controversy.
Yankee quoted Albert Einstein in Spanish:

The quote was translated in English as:
“I fear the day when technology exceeds our humanity the world will only have a generation of idiots,’ – Albert Einstein.”
But yhis is not the first incident where Daddy Yankee faced sexuality speculations. The Huffington Post reported that last month, he addressed speculations rumors about his sexual preference.
The photo looks like Daddy Yankee, but you actually can’t tell, because it may be a look a like.
In other news, Last month, Daddy Yankee had undergone a meniscus surgery, which he is reportedly recovering satisfactorily in Puerto Rico, according to a communique released by his agent, reports hispanicallyspeakingnews.
The rapper’s orthopedist, Peter Trautmann, said the surgery “was successful” and that his team is very pleased with the outcome of the operation performed on Raymond “Daddy Yankee” Ayala.
Trautmann also said the reggaeton star will be away from the footlights for three weeks while recovering from the surgery.
