(CelebNMusic247-News) Chris Brown Requests Permission To Skip D.C. Court Hearing?
Chris Brown‘s lawyer has asked a judge to excuse the embattled singer from a court hearing in Washington D.C.
Chris Brown has made headlines this week after being kicked out of rehab for his uncontrolable anger. Breezy lost control once again like he did with his ex-girlfriend Rihanna, but this time it was with his mother. He Got so angry when she told him to finish out his rehab he threw a brick out the window and it shattered his mother’s car window.
yea, the brotha needs help and if anyone thinks he doesn’t are NOT his friend and just as crazy themselves. Maybe he needs to (allegedly) stop poking his arms with certain substances (allegedly) we’ve heard about.
Now, Brown thinks he has plenty of leeway to ask a judge to excuse the embattled singer from a court hearing in Washington D.C. next week (Nov 25) so he can remain in Los Angeles for anger management treatment.
Here’s the drop:
Brown is due to appear before a judge on Monday (Nov 25) in relation to a charge of misdemeanor assault following a fight outside a Washington, D.C. hotel last month (Oct 13).
The arrest prompted Brown, who has pleaded not guilty to the count, to seek professional counselling in Malibu, California for his temper troubles, but he was kicked out of the facility just 13 days later after reportedly hurling a rock through his mother’s car window following a disagreement.
The incident was revealed in documents submitted to a California judge on Wednesday (20Nov13) as part of his probation review, during which Brown was ordered to spend 90 days in a live-in rehab centre in Los Angeles and submit to random drug testing.
As a result of the counselling punishment, his lawyer, Mark Geragos, has appealed to the official overseeing his Washington, D.C. criminal case to allow the R&B star to sit out the hearing, reportsTmz.com.
The judge has yet to issue a ruling over the request.
Do you think he deserves a pass?
