We loved Chevelle at this years Aftershock. We missed them the last time they were at Aftershock since our photographer drank to many Monsters in the heat.

He recalled that they sounded great, but this year he got to see them and loved every second of Chevelle. Brothers Pete Loeffler, Sam Loeffler and Joe Loeffler played to a sea of screaming fans rockin black t-shirts and thrashing in the pit. They performed at Aftershock 2016 on day two, which was a perfect day of rock heavy weights.

The Grayslake, Illinois natives kicked off their set with “Another Know It All” from their 2014 album, This Type of Thinking (Could Do Us In). Followed by The Clincher, Get Some, Hats Off to the Bull, Door to Door Cannibals, I Get It, Joyride (Omen), Face to the Floor, The Red, Forfeit and Send the Pain Below.

Here are some videos from a few of the songs on their set list:

They made sure to mix up their set with tracks from Hats Off to the Bull, The North Corridor, Wonder What’s Next, and Vena Sera. It was a f–king amazing performance for Chevelle fans. It’s all about the music, but next time we want to see them play at later time so there is a light show.
