Shocking news has hit our desk today that has knocked the ATL music community off their feet.
The vibrant, and spunky Natina Reed (pictured in blue hat) of R&B group, Blaque has died.
Natina, 32, was involved in a hit-and-run accident last night (Oct. 26) in Atlanta.
Isaac Hayes III (Songwriter/Producer) was the first to tweet the shocking news, posting “R.I.P. Natina Reed of the Group Blaque. Killed by a Hit & Run last night. So sad.“
Natina Reed’s style fair and hip hop style was compared to the late Lisa “Lefteye” Lopes. Natina appeared in film, Bring It On along with Gabrielle Union.

Reed was a protegé of TLC’s Lisa “Lefteye” Lopes, whose tragic death was also at the hands of a car accident in 2002. Left Eye championed the pop/R&B trio, known for their hits “808″ and “Bring It All To Me,” even signing them to her production company, Left Eye Productions.
Natina is also remembered for her role in the 2000 cheerleader chick flick Bring It On alongside Gabrielle Union, who tweeted, “#RIP #Sad #BringItOn.”
Reed is survived by her 10-year-old son Tren Brown from her relationship with rapper Kurupt. Tomorrow would have been her 33rd birthday.
