We have just got word that Curtis Jackson aka 50 Cent is NOT playing when it comes to his music! The longstanding feud between 50 and Ross continues.
50 recently mocked Rick Ross’ record sales for Black Market, but that was before he knew Rosay used his “In Da Club” track without permission!
CelebNMusic247.com has learned that 50 Cent is suing Rick Ross for jacking “In Da Club” and rapping over it to promote his new album.
Fiddy has filed a lawsuit in Connecticut, saying that his classic banger appears on Ross’ ‘Renzel Remixes’ without his permission. 50 also points out that Ross used it to drum up publicity for his next LP, Black Market.
Earlier this year, 50 was slapped with a $7 mil judgment for uploading a sex tape with Ross’ baby mama in it, in which he vowed to never pay.

50 Cent has mocked Rick Ross all year and now Ross, who may have clapped back by using a track of 50’s may have backfired in his face.
50 seems to be retaliating with the lawsuit, because he wants Ross to pony up more than $2 mill for using his track.
