The #beautiful hitmaker was busted in the early morning hours of August 15 driving erratically in Marina de Rey, CA. Deputies pulled him over and administered a breathalyzer test in which he blew a .10 and .11 BAC respectively. That’s just over California’s legal limit of .08 blood alcohol content.
Miguel, 27, was not in court Thursday, his attorney entered the not guilty plea on his behalf.
Miguel is set to appear in court for the next proceeding in the case, which is scheduled for October 24.
