Miguel Admits His Wrongs
When it comes to his DUI, R&B/pop singer Miguel just pled no contest to DUI.
In fact, Miguel freely admitted he screwed up, unlike most celebrities. In August, CelebNMusic247 first reported he was pulled over for tinted windows, and cops suspected he was under the influence. Miguel was arrested and had a blood alcohol level of .11.
Now the “Beautiful” with Mariah Carey singer tells TMZ:
“Driving with alcohol in my system was reckless. I’m really sorry and I’m taking responsibility for this mistake.”
Judge Lynne Hobbs placed Miguel on 3 years informal probation, fined him $360, and ordered him to complete an alcohol ed class.
Isn’t life easier when you admit your wrongs, now he’s free from the media carnage he would have faced for lying and then the blogoshpere finding otherwise.
