Mendeecees Harris Makes Plea Deal In Court!!!

Last year Mendeecees was serving time for drug trafficking, then he was out on bail thanks to Yandy Smith, but now Mendeecees Harris Makes Plea Deal In Court.

Now the Love and Hip Hop NY star Mends made a plea deal in court on Thursday mulling over his plea deal. According to reports CelebNMusic247.com has learned that Yandy Harris’ soon to be husband said he’s not so quick to sign anything as of yet.

However, he will look everything over before making a decision in regards to the case.  Here is what we’ve learned via Bossip:

In a hearing Thursday, Assistant U.S. Attorney Frank Sherman said he gave Harris’ lawyer, Donald Thompson, a plea agreement, but Thompson said he and Harris hadn’t yet had a chance to review it. The terms of the plea deal were not released.

Harris, who announced this week that he and his family will film a spinoff show, was present at the status conference hearing in U.S. District Court in Rochester, NY. Harris spoke only to confirm his name.

It’s not clear if a plea deal would affect filming Love And Hip Hop New York, whose season finale aired March 31st.  A spokesman for Love and Hip Hop would only say that season five filming has wrapped, and the reunion shows will air April 6 and 13 on VH1.

The government alleges that Harris, his brother and another man ran a coke and heroin ring in upstate New York from 2005 to 2012.

Yandy Smith now Yandy Harris posted Mends’ $100,000 bail a year ago, and he has spent his time filming Love and Hip Hop New York, doing various club appearances and working with criminal advocacy group the NYC Justice League.

Neither have made a peep on social media about Thursday’s hearing in U.S. District Court. Around the time the court hearing began, Smith tweeted that Harris was “working” and she was hitting the gym with their two kids.

Still, the head of Mendeecees’s legal team said he’s not so quick to sign. Instead, he has to look it over. But it’s likely he’ll make a decision by April 21.

He has already negotiated with prosecutors to give the money he has made from Love & Hip Hop New York and other promotional appearances.

It’s racked up to $103,000 as of late.
