CelebNMusic247.com previously reported that MempHitz Wanted For Armed Robbery and then Mickey Wright Turned Himself In to jail after he was charged with armed robbery. At the time details were limited, but police told Atlanta media outlets that Memphitz was caught on camera threatening people at a car wash with a handgun to return weed he claims was stolen.

He tells VLAD TV:

“I was accused of running up at a car wash and attacking someone who stole money from my car. That’s what happened. I was accused. Allegedly.

“Since then, I’ve actually been to court. The judge…he actually let me travel to LA to finish this show on WE tv that we just wrapped up. He also let me finish my Bravo show…it’s not over so I’m just laying low.

“I’m actually on my best behavior. The state is actually investigating to see what’s going on…my word against this guy’s. All I can say is, ‘f*ck talking bout I robbed a car wash.’”

Memphitz says he probably didn’t handle the situation in the best way, and it’s possible he could face up to two months in jail.
