Memphis Bleek, who has been associated with Jay-Z for more than two decades reveals that Jay-Z “Did Exactly What He Planned To Do In the ’90s.”
Bleek, born Malik Cox, is the CEO of his own label Get Low Records told the New York Times that he has always expected Jay to be where he is now.
Bleek says that Jay had a plan for his success, and he’s worked it to perfection.
The New York grown rapper said:
“He had a sense of calm way before music.”
“This was Jay’s plan from day one: to take over.”
Bleek even attributes Jay’s legendary cool to the fact that he’s always known what he was doing, he added:
“I guess that’s why he smiles and is so calm, ’cause he did exactly what he planned in the ’90s.”
