CelebnMusic247.com reports that Matthew McConaughey had a lot to get off his chest while on Russell Brand’s podcast “Under the Skin.”

No, this is not about how McConaughey’s movie got booted from Cannes, no, instead, this is about his support from Trump.

Matthew McConaughey was asked if he noticed a “condemnation and criticism of ordinary working people” the entertainment industry when it comes to politics.

Brand said in an episode last week.

[There is] a kind of offhandedness, like, ‘Oh, they’re dumb, they’re voting for Brexit, they’re voting for Trump.’ I don’t like it, and I don’t like to hear it.

McConaughey replied:

There are a lot [of people] on that illiberal left that absolutely condescend, patronize, and are arrogant towards the other 50 percent.

He went on to recall when Trump was elected in 2016, everyone was in disbelief:

I’m sure you saw it in our industry when Trump was voted in four years ago, they were in denial that was real. Some of them were in absolute denial.

He suggested that it would now be hypocritical for them to expect Trump voters to give up on challenging President-elect Joe Biden’s win.

[Now] it looks like Biden’s our guy. Now you’ve got the right that’s in denial, cause their side has fake news. And I understand, they’ve been fed fake news. No one knows what the hell to believe, right? So they’re putting down their last bastion of defense.

He concludes by saying:

I almost feel like it’s a move to say, “Let’s get aggressively centric. I dare you.

We have an answer.

Biden won, so if you are a Trump support deal with the loss and move on. Republicans are the ones who need to pull it back and find a middle ground. In addition, STOP being so violent and racist because Trump made you all feel like it was OK to go back to the 60s and treat people of color like crap. WRONG, WRONG, WRONG!
