Well if you follow Cannes lead it appears Matthew McConaughey has a Flop on the way since Matthew McConaughey Movie Booed At Cannes.

A shocked Matthew McConaughey jaw hit the floor when a portion of the audience that screened his new film “Sea of Trees” BOOED while the credits rolled. CelebNMusic247.com just got word that fans apparently expressed their disdain at the French film festival when they “booed loudly” according to “Variety.”

McConaughey plays a guy who is distraught over his wife’s death and tries to off himself in a forest near Mt. Fuji.
Some of the critics say it was unfair and that the movie was good, but clearly not according to a chunk of the people who screened it.

McConaughey kept things professional and at a press conference he kept his cool about the BOOING fans at his film, saying:

“Anyone has as much right to boo as they do to ovate.”
