CelebNMusic247.com has learned that Mac Miller two counts of DUI: one for driving under the influence and one for driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 or above.
Miller was initially booked for hit and run, he was not charged as such.
At the time, police told Page Six that the “Dang” rapper was driving while intoxicated at 12:50 a.m. when he hit a curb, then collided with an electrical pole in the San Fernando Valley neighborhood of Los Angeles on May 17.
Police also reported that Miller and two passengers then ran away from the scene.
At the time of his arrest, Miller reportedly blew almost twice the legal limit on a Breathalyzer. He was held on $15,000 bail and released hours later.
If convicted, Miller faces up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine, though as a first offender, he likely will get a license suspension, probation and community service, TMZ reports.
