Lilo is back in the Selfie game but her newest photo Lindsay Lohan Sparks RUMORS the pic was photoshopped.

Just days after the actress was briefly hospitalized in London, the 28-year-old decided to lighten things up with a new Instagram post Saturday afternoon. But CelebNMusic247.com has learned that the photo has NOT come without some backlash from followers.

Lindsay posted a pic of herself wearing Calvin Klein thong underwear and a tight long-sleeve T-shirt, but it was Lohan’s extra thin frame while posing for a selfie in the bathroom that raised eye brows.

Lilo captioned the IG pic, saying:

“#mycalvins are helping me fight off my chikungunya…hehe”

Just before New Year‘s, Lohan opened up about contracting the virus spread by mosquito bites that can cause rashes, fatigue, muscle pain and other side effects.

She wrote on Instagram while posing with her friends:

“In good faith with good people.”

“I refuse to let a virus effect my peaceful vacation…be safe and happy on the new year all…#Wildfox and a positive, healthy new year.”

While reps for Lohan had no comment on her health scare last week, an insider told E! News that her illness could be around for longer than anyone would hope for.

The source revealed:

“The doctors told her it could take six months to a year for the virus to clear up…She has good days and bad.”

As some followers speculate as to whether or not the actress is utilizing Photoshop in her latest post, others are just happy to see Lohan staying out of trouble and recovering little by little.

Lindsay recently shared with The Guardian’s Observer:
“I needed to grow up and London is a better place for me to do that than anywhere else.”

“I won’t live in L.A. again, hell no.”
