Not being judgemental, but why would Lindsay Lohan be clutching a copy of the Holy Quran for her first day at the Duffield Children’s Center?

Anyways, LiLo just completed her first day at the Duffield Children’s Center, wearing a dress that looks like someone’s EKG.
Lindsay was her normal true to form ways, showing up 2 hours late to do office work and interact with the kids “under tight supervision.”
