Just days after her Amanda Bynes comment, Lindsay Lohan get herself arrested after hitting a man with her Porsche Cayenne. Karma is a bitch and God doesn’t like ugly Lindsay, because now you look just as back again.
The starlet who is trying to get her life back on track was reported to be “slurring” her words and “smelled like alcohol” while behind the wheel.
Lilo screwed up majorly, because not only was she behind the wheel drunk, she hit a Manhattan chef, Jose Rodriguez. Thank God she was driving slow this time around, but she’s been caught on surveillance cameras.
Jose Rodriguez told the Daily News hours after the early Wednesday encounter:
“That no one could touch her because she was rich and powerful.”
He added:
“They acted like I was nothing.”
So how did Lindsay get spotted this go around?
There’s SURVEILLANCE footage of the entire incident!
That’s right, authorities have now been able to review the video from The Dream Hotel, which according to sources, shows the troubled actress driving down a ramp into the hotel toward the club entrance, when the alleged victim was, as detectives describe, “grazed” while walking in the pedestrian path she had to cross!
Remember anytime you are by a street light, billboard, hotel, bank or open parking lot, there are surveillance cameras watching..Yes Big Daddy has an eye on us all the time now. There’s actually no way to hide anymore.
According to insiders, cameras also caught Lilo leaving the club [around the 12:30 hour] only minutes after arriving to go back to the Porsche Cayenne, staying in it for a short time, and then going back inside again. The incident happened at 230 am in an alley between the Maritime and Dream hotels in Chelsea
Lindsanity was given a desk appearance ticket and released. However, Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly said police don’t think Lohan [a rehab regular] was intoxicated.
Unfortunelty, no Breathalyzer test was performed to verify her level of intoxication.
