CelebNMusic247.com reports that producer Cuban Harry aka the “CEO of Lean” doubled as a drug dealer to Lil Wayne and Chris Brown is begging a judge to let him out of prison.
Cuban Harry worked with the likes of Chris Brown and Lil Wayne until he was charged and found guilty of drugs and firearms possession.
Now, Harry’s attorney recently told a judge the government based their accusations against his client on “flimsy evidence.” His attorney is saying that text messages and social media posts are not strong enough evidence.
During the trial, prosecutors stated Cuban Harry admitted to supplying large amounts of narcotics to Weezy and $15K worth of drugs to Chris Brown.
The criminal complaint revealed Cuban Harry was using his own Instagram account to sell codeine, promethazine, marijuana, and other controlled substances.

Garcia was arrested on October 18, 2016, in Miami-Dade County after law enforcement officers found 3,000 Xanax pills and two pounds of marijuana in his vehicles and residences. He was sentenced to 30 years in prison on several drug possession charges and two counts of possession of a firearm.
During an appeal hearing, Cuban Harry’s attorney Gustavo Daniel Lage questioned the government’s use of social media posts and text messages as evidence against Garcia.
He said:
They have to prove that Mr. Garcia actually posted that on his Instagram page.
A judge hearing the case agreed with Cuban Harry’s lawyer, and labeled using his social media posts was a bit over-the-top. The panel has yet to reveal when a ruling will be issued.
Cuban Harry social media is flooded with video of drug sales and posts of him promoting lean usage with Wayne and Chris Brown back in 2017.
