Apparently G & G Closed Circuit Events is suing Laura Govan for broadcasting a boxing match at her Oakland, CA sports bar Kimball’s Carnival without paying a licensing fee, in violation of federal laws.
G & G are seeking $170,000 plus attorney’s fees.
Ouch!
