With all the crazy baby names in the world North West is NOT one of the worst names in our book of baby names, but Laila Ali feels otherwise!
At least, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West didn’t follow Kardashian tradition and give their baby girl a K name, nor did they run to their local grocery store to nab a name of the retail shelf like Listerine or named thier baby after some special song or color.
Instead the did a play on words that is actually cute, but Laila Ali isn’t a fan of the crazy baby name trend!
In fact, Laila Ali calls out Kanye West and Kim for naming their daughter North West.
The daughter of heavyweight boxing legend Muhammad Ali, Laila tells Hip Hollywood:
“…A lot of people do things because it’s a fad and they want to get some attention.. but this is your child…if it’s crazy but cool and nice and it makes sense, that’s one thing, but North and South and Leaf and Water Drop? Come on now, I don’t care who you are that’s just stupi, period. “
