This time around Kung Fu Panda 3 Has A Supernatural Villain. The new Kung Fu Panda 3 trailer was released this weekend but it was the Chinese trailer.

CelebNMusic247.com has these details on the upcoming animated film. This time around, the adventure kicks off when Po’s (voiced by Jack Black) long lost father reappears. The pair travels to a secret panda paradise and meets a bunch of new characters. When the supernatural villain Kai starts to take out the kung fu masters, Po has to turn a whole village full of clumsy pandas into Kung Fu Pandas so that they can stop him.

For the record, we want to remind you that this is NOT an English-language trailer so it’s tough to judge the quality of the material, but it’s still nice to get a look at what Kai is capable of.

Kung Fu Panda 3 also features the voices of Angelina Jolie, Dustin Hoffman, Jackie Chan, Seth Rogen, Lucy Liu, David Cross, James Hong, Randall Duk Kim, Bryan Cranston and Rebel Wilson.

Kung Fu Panda 3 is due in theaters in 3D on January 29, 2016
