Oh Bella, I mean Snow, somebody must love the former Twilight star a whole lot because Chanel has dubbed Kristen Stewart the face of the brand for 2014.
We’re a bit confused with Karl Lagerfeld and why he went with the Tom boy-esque, Kristen Stewart, who who brings her Chuck Taylors to red carpet events to change out of her Louboutins.
We get it, fashion hurts, and Kristen keeps it real, but is her beauty that stunning that she has been able to be chosen as the new face of the very high fashion brand Chanel?
OK, so we’re scratching our heads at the news, but K Stew’s new gig was confirmed at the Metiers d’Art show last night in Dallas.
Here’s the drop:
Kristen posed awkwardly in an ensemble from Chanel’s spring/summer 2014 collection. The outfit included oversized orange leather trousers with a drawstring (!), a cropped grayish top and then another top tied around her waist. Maybe we just don’t get fashion.
we get it Kristen has that stunning natural beauty and she does looks great. So it is fitting that she is added to the list of Chanel’s previous selections for the glamorous post include style icons Blake Lively, Keira Knightley and Diane Kruger.
