According to reports, Kodak Black is facing up to 30 years in prison, for allegedly raping a woman.

CelebNMusic247.com reports that the 21-year-old Haitian rapper Kodak Black is alleged to be facing up to 30 years in prison.

Kodak Black is a rapper who makes music for the streets and NOT the airwaves. He stays clear of the mainstream by mocking mainstream which has landed him on the airwaves.

The “zzish” rapper (Zombie on earth) may not be the best role model for kids today, but his music is sic. Outside of the music, Kodak is now facing some serious allegations.

Kodak, whose real name is Dieuson Octave, was charged with sexual battery, according to MTO.

Police say that he raped a female victim inside a Florence hotel room on (or about) Feb. 7. According to his arrest warrant, the 19-year-old rapper “forced the victim onto the bed in the room and then onto the floor of the room.”

The alleged victim said that Kodak “bit her” during the attack. She also claims that Kodak “no” and “to stop,” according to the warrant.

That’s not all. The victim claims that Kodak was brutal during the alleged attack. She says that Kodak bit her neck and chest and that those injuries were confirmed by a sexual assault kit.

Neither the victim’s age nor her identity has been disclosed in the warrant, which was signed by Judge Belinda B. Timmons on May 26. The victim has expressly identified Kodak as her attacker.
