When we think of Kim Zolciak Biermann the first thing that comes to mind is wine, candy and cigarettes, but now Kim Zolciak All About Getting Healthy!
The Don’t Be Tardy star is ready to kick the habit since Kim’s recent health scare and very recent heart surgery.
CelebNMusic247.com has learned that Zolciak is looking to turn a new leaf by eating healthier by changing up her diet which will now include smoothies, veggies and turkey burgers.
In case you didn’t know, Kim recently suffered a mini-stroke in September which prevented her from continuing with Dancing with the Stars which she was competing on at the time. It’s no doubt that this was a huge wake up call for the Don’t be Tardy star and that it was time for a change in her lifestyle.
Kim said:
“Last week I got heart surgery and everything went very smoothly. While I’m still recovering, I’m looking forward to being 100 percent again. A big part of that is maintaining a healthy diet”.
She has had a whole new outlook on family especially since have been incredibly supportive which no doubt makes it easier for her to stick to her new diet. I think it’s safe to assume that Kim’s main motivation is to get healthy in order to stay around as long possible in order to be there for her children and loving husband Kroy.
Last week Kim had this to say after her surgery:
“My ?? surgery was a success!! I can’t wait to be back on my feet 100%! Glad it’s over! Quite the whirlwind this last month has been…but such a blessing too ?”

We think that it is great that Kim is cleaning up he bad habits and planning on staying around.
