Kim Richards Pulls No Show At Court Again!?!

Talk about being flaky, the former The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards Pulls No Show At Court Again.

Kim Richar was supposed to appear in court to attend a hearing on Monday August 31 but did not attend, CelebNMusic247.com has learned via AATRH.

Kim apparently skipped out on the court hearing, clearing up recent claims that she accepted a plea deal.

Here is what Ricardo Santiago, a spokesperson for Los Angeles County DA, said:

Santiago confirmed to Us Weekly about Kim’s no show, stating:

“Kim didn’t appear, she was supposed to but she didn’t — they said she had injured her foot and because of that she was unable to attend.”

Ricardo adds:

“The judge accepted the explanation so the attorney appeared on her behalf.”

He also refutes recent reports that claim Kim took a plea deal which includes 36 months probation, 30 days of community labor, and 52 Alcoholics Anonymous classes. Ricardo explains that the plea deal was rejected when “the defense countered with community service vs community labor.”

Ricardo says that Kim could face jail time if found guilty in her next pre-trial court date, which will be held on September 14.
