Kim Richards Hospitalized after 51/50 hold!!!

Word is, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards Hospitalized after 51/50 hold.

Recently, Kim was arrested for the second time this year for shoplifting, and was then hospitalized by her family. Her family was worried about her condition, but there were no definite details of the nature of the hospitalization until now.

CelebNMusic247.com has learned that Richards was hospitalized after she was put on a 51/50 hold. Due to California state law, Kim was only on a 72 hour hold and released after doctors felt she was fit enough to be back in society.

Kim knows that she NEEDS help so she has since decided to seek medical help. Kim’s attorney exclusively confirms to Radar Online that Kim was put on the hold by family members.

Kim voluntarily checked herself into the hospital, and that her family have been very supportive of this decision. Kim is currently hospitalized at a different facility located in Southern California.

FYI: When you are on a 51/50 hold, it’s up to the doctors to release you. If you they feel you need more time you are put on a 10 day hold and then a review board decides again if you need more time and if so, you are then put on a 21 day hold.
