CelebNMusic247.com reports Fat Joe had a one on one with Keyshia Cole who was talking about touring back in the day, relationships and not to trust people in the business.

During the conversation, Keyshia opened up about Tupac to Fat Joe on his Joprah show and joining Death Row Records.

According to Keyshia Cole, who was 15 at the time, she said she was with Pac in Las Vegas, before he was tragically killed. She said that she remembers when Death Row Records sent her diamond earrings to get her to sign with the label.

Cole was there when Tupac was shot in Vegas, but this is something that has NEVER been revealed until now. She says the MC hammer was the one who took her to Death Row Records. He was hoping to get her signed through him.

Keyshia says that he told her he was about to leave Death Row and would sign with Quincy Jones. He even tried to convince Keyshia to sign with Quincy because Death Row “wasn’t a place for kids.”

She explains:

[I was] 15. He died when I was 16. Right when my birthday was coming around, I just remember getting earrings in the mail from Death Row Records but Suge, of course, was already in jail. My mom literally came and got us from Suge’s house because everybody got shot that night. My brother and [Pac] used to rap together in The Outlawz. We all drove to Vegas from LA. Pac was in the car with Kidada [Tupac’s girlfriend at the time, Quincy Jones’ daughter]. Suge was in they car. My brother was in they car. We was in our car. We were kids though. He just didn’t like that, you know what I mean? It was just, like, a lot of drama around that time.
