CelebnMusic247.com reports that Kevin Hart has cleaned up his image in Hollywood since last summer car accident.

In addition to the last year’s rehab and some self-healing Kevin Hart‘s career has been riddled with scandals and controversy.

Then, a sex tape was leaked by a woman named Montia Sabbag who claimed that Kevin Hart conspired to have their sexual encounter filmed and leaked for publicity.

Well, Kev can put that all behind him now, since the judge has decided to dismiss the case altogether.

According to The Blast, a federal judge in California ruled that the claims made against Hart in the lawsuit should be tossed out because the suit was “brought to the wrong venue.”

The order from the court reads:

The court finds that the Plaintiff is domiciled in California. Because Plaintiff and defendants Kevin Hart and Jonathan Todd Jackson are all California citizens, there is no complete diversity of all parties in this action. The Court, therefore, lacks federal subject matter jurisdiction over Plaintiff’s claims.

Hart’s made several attempts to get the case dismissed. And now his request is finally been honored.

Moreover, Hart recently had a separate $7M lawsuit dismissed so things are certainly looking up in his life.
