Kelly Osbourne Threatens to Leave Fashion Police?!?

Before we get started on this article we want to break this down – this beef is between Giuliana Rancic, Zendaya and black people NOT Kelly Osbourne.

After Giuliana Rancic made a racist statement about actress Zendaya hair while on the Oscar red carpet, black twitter has been sounding off.

The “Fashion Police” controversy over co-host Giuliana Rancic’s on-air diss of starlet Zendaya’s dreadlocks was crossing the line and now Kelly Osbourne has jumped in and has threatened to leave E!’s “Fashion Police.”

The 30-year-old Osbourne clarified via Twitter that she was not involved in the inflammatory segment in which Rancic said Zendaya probably smelled “like patchouli oil” or “weed” because of her hairstyle on Sunday’s Oscar red carpet.

We all know if Joan Rivers made a comment about Zendaya it would have been an honor to be roasted by a comedic legend. Joan may have had some crass comments but she always made light of the matter. She was pure class. As for, Giuliana Rancic…stay in your lane honey, you are NOT Joan Rivers and your comment was out of character.

Kelly’s frustration was due to the fact that people were calling her a racist for a comment that came from Giuliana. Unfortunately, Kelly was a victim of “guilt by association” and so she wanted to leave the sinking ship if Giuliana was going to make racist statements that are offensive.

For the record: Kelly did NOT condone Giuliana’s comment about Zendaya and that is why she sounded off on social media yesterday.  We love Kelly, so we hope she stays, but if she feels that its not longer a good fit, then bye Felicia!

Since the riff, Giuliana has gone on air to give her apology.

We will accept it this time and only this time. As for Fashion Police…Joan’s legacy is crash and burning and we think Melissa NEEDS to breathe new life into the show. We NEED new blood, (NOT Khloe Kardashian) but someone who is known in fashion. Someone who is very opinionated yet respectful.
