Kevin Oliveira claims that Katt Williams attacked him while he was working at Spondivits restaurant just south of Atlanta 2016. It was also revealed that Kevin only asked Katt and his friend to wait for a table, and that set the comedian off.

Olveira had to transported to the hospital by ambulance and required 10 stitches to treat a large gash to his lips and mouth. The Blast reports that he is seeking unspecified damages for medical expenses, impairment of earning capacity and past and future lost earnings.
If you recall, Williams was arrested following the incident.
In 2016, this was just one of the many run-ins the comedian had with the law in the first half of that year. Katt Williams made headlines all of 2016 after he was arrested for punching a pool store employee in the face. Then he was sited fighting with a teen in an apartment complex and was also accused of threatening his own bodyguard.
