Kanye West is no stranger to surprise performances, but this was extra special since his protégé Travis Scott joined him on stage.
Kanye West has dropped by to perform at shows for a number of his friends and protégés around the country, especially in the Big Apple. In recent years, he has joined CyHi da Prynce (Brooklyn Bowl in 2010),Big Sean (Irving Plaza in 2011) and 2 Chainz (P.A.C.E Board’s annual Homecoming Concert in 2012).

Kanye appeared at G.O.O.D. Music signed artist Travi$ Scott’s show in Los Angeles to perform “New Slaves” off his latest album, Yeezus.
Last Friday night, G.O.O.D. Music signee, Travi$ Scott brought out Kanye West to perform “New Slaves”(Live) PNCXX Tour Los Angeles at the El Rey Theatre on August 1st.

It appears that ther is no hard feelings between Kanye West and MTV Music Awards since he is scheduled toperform at this years 2013 MTV Video Music Awards
Kanye skipped the last couple VMAs but he’ll be there bright eyed and bushy tailed on August 25 to perform his polarizing single “Black Skinheads” at the Barclays Center in Brookly
This is Kanye’s 7th appearance at the VMAs breaking Madonnas previous record of most appearances.
