(CelebNMusic247-News) K. Michelle Responds to Grammy Snub
Grammy Nominations for the 2014 awards were announced yesterday and for some odd reason our girl K. Michelle didn’t a nomination for this years Grammy Awards.
The 56th Annual Grammys have already left artists and fans completely hurt and confused with huge artists and major records missing from the nomination list.
While many are satisfied with those who were nominated for the various music categories, there’s a lot of people wondering why K. Michelle came up empty. Especially since her rival Tamar Braxton scooped up three nominations.
We have no idea if being on Love and Hip Hop has a factor to why she was not nominated or not, but Tamar was also on a reality series as well.
The “Rebellious Soul” singer took to her Twitter account to make it clear she was not happy with the snub and she attributes her “realness” to the fact that she came up short.
K. Michelle took to Twitter to air her feelings:
Wow major Grammy snub. I guess a little black girl who truly speaks her mind was a little 2much huh? Gotta work harder next year

We are sorry about getting no nomination K, but there is always next time and this will make you stronger and ready to prove them wrong.
K wasn’t the only one snubbed by Grammy, India Ire was also over-looked as well as Ciara already knew why “Body Party” didn’t make the cut. She took to Instagram to explain what happened and that she was still very thankful for a successful comeback year.
Miley Cyrus may have take the world by storm with her antics and new album, but Grammy’s didn’t deem her talents too worthy so she lacks in nomination. However, she is NOT alone for scoring low noms, Kanye West’s Yeezus and Drake‘s Hold On, We’re Going Home also pulled in little nominations.
Let’s be real, it’s not how many noms you get its about winning the ones you were nominated for.
