Justin Timberlake’s “got rappers acting dramatic” lyrical change during his performance on “Suit & Tie” last weekend led to everyone assuming the the singer was referencing hip-hop star Kanye West.
Well Justin has taken a minute to set the record straight about the onstage diss during an appearance on “Late Night” with Jimmy Fallon, Timberlake was asked about the crack.
Timberlake asked in mock disbelief:
“Did it seem that way?”
“I don’t remember that… Did I change a line? It is live. You know, really, everyone, keep calm.”
Justin then addressed Kanye and the audience. saying:
“Let me just, for the record… I absolutely love Kanye.”
“So there’s that. We love Kanye, right?”
