While everything was all smiles in front of the cameras at the MTV Video Music Awards, there was drama backstage between Justin Timberlake and JC Chasez!
Last night at the MTV Video Music Awards Justin Timberlake won the Vanguard award for his accomplishments in the music industry, but while everything was all smiles in front of the camera, there was drama backstage.
We reached out to one of our industry insiders who heard all the tea and air the dirty laundry with us, claiming that after Justin Timebrlake accepted his Vanguard he and his camp was furious with former NSYNC member JC Chasez.
Rumor has it, that Justin Timberlake was furious after he finished the NSYNC portion of his set and his former group member JC Chasez (a tenor) hit some high notes. Justin politely grabbed him on the shoulder and stepped in front of him.
Our source explained to us that “JC was not supposed to sing out or step in front of Justin Timberlake once NSYNC was done on stage.” The source also revealed to us that ” Justin and JC are cordial, but no longer on a friendly basis except when they have to perform.”
It was also said that Justin is cool with Joey Fatone and Lance Bass, but still has conflict with the other two members JC Chasez and Chris Kirkpatrick, according to our source. We feel sorry for Chasez and Kirkpatrick who have been rumored to have reached out to Timberlake, but he just gives them shade.
Now we are actually hoping this is all a rumor, but the drama did come from a source close to the Timberlake camp who was backstage last night at the VMAs.
