Jussie Smollett Caught Falsely Describing Attackers a s White

We previously reported that Jussie Smollett stuck to his story and NEVER stopped telling the court and the world that he was NOT guilty.

Following the tireless reports regarding Jussie Smollett story, the Empire actor was put on suspension until things cleared. The drama continued as Smollett was said to have hired the Osundario brothers. That is where the problem is. Read on…

CelebNMusic247.com reported earlier this week that the city of Chicago has officially filed a lawsuit against “Empire” actor in hopes of clawing back $130,000 spent in overtime investigating.

The lawsuit has escalated since Jussie Smollett refused to pay and that his attorney declared war with the City of Chicago following his vindication.

If you recall, Smollett, 36, who is black and gay, allegedly hired two brothers — Abel and Ola Osundairo — to stage an assault on him and make it look like a hate crime, police and prosecutors say. Let’s not forget that the brothers were caught on surveillance video buying the things Jussie instructed them to purchase. The only problem is that they were purchasing the items when Smollett attack happened.

Read on about Jussie Smollett Falsely Describing Attackers:

The actor told investigators that his attackers yelled homophobic and racist slurs at him, and also screamed:

“This is MAGA country,” a reference to President Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign slogan.

Smollett said the attack happened near his apartment in Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood on Jan. 29.

He then told Chicago PD the primary attacker was wearing “was wearing a ski mask.”

Jussie added:

The “ski mask that covered his entire face, with the exception of the area around his eyes, by which (Smollett) could tell the attacker was white-skinned.”

We find it strange since he stated in the same sentence that the “ski mask that covered his entire face.” But he could tell the assailant was white?

Here are the Holes in the story from Smollett:

That is interesting since the brothers are black.

See the lawsuit filed by the City of Chicago might get him after all since they have him caught telling a lie.

The lawsuit states the “Empire” actor Jussie Smollett purposely attempted to mislead police by falsely describing alleged assailants who he said attacked him on a cold January night as white men.

This is the basis of the city of Chicago civil lawsuit filed Thursday.

All they wanted him to do was to pay $130K and all this would have gone away. Instead, they are now wanting $500K for the alleged hoax and attorney fees.

The lawsuit says:

(Smollett) made this statement despite knowing that the Osundairo Brothers are not white-skinned. By providing this false description, (Smollett) purposely misled the CPD officers to believe that his attackers were white, when, in fact, (Smollett) knew that his attackers were the Osundairo brothers.

If the City of Chicago proves this true in court, Smollett might be facing time and a hefty fee.
