CelebNMusic247.com has this report on Joseline, who is being sued by Benzino’s fiance, Althea Eaton, who claims Joseline beat the crap out of her during the reunion show. Joseline tried to claim that the fight was set up by the producers, but Momma Dee and other cast members weighed in making her look like boo boo the clown.
Now it seems that the lawyer representing a co-star who is suing her challenged this premise: If your picture’s in a magazine, that means you gave an interview?
During her deposition, Joseline accused Althea of doing an interview with “Hip Hop Weekly” in which she claims that the magazine did an unflattering story referring to Joseline as a “crack whore.

It appears that Joseline said it was obvious Althea dished the dirt because her pic was on the cover.
Althea’s lawyer then asked 2 questions:
— Have you ever heard of Field and Stream?
— Have you ever seen the National Enquirer show pictures of fat people?
