Jordin Sparks Rocks Honda Stage at iHeartRadio Theater LA!!!

On Friday it was all about American Idol’s most adorable alum Jordin Sparks Rocks Honda Stage at iHeartRadio Theater LA.

Spraks gave fans a peek at what they can expect to hear on her upcoming new album, Right Here, Right Now, during her performance on the Honda Stage at the iHeartRadio Theater Los Angeles.

Jordin charmed the audience performing classics, “No Air” and “Battlefield” as well as new favorites, “Double Tap” and “It Ain’t You.” Hosted by iHeartMedia’s Kevin Manno, the event provided insight on the direction and inspiration of Sparks’ new album.

Highlights from the evening include:

· Jordin came out in full force, thanking the crowd for being there before jumping into a dance-heavy performance of unreleased new track, “Right Here, Right Now.”

· She kept up the energy immediately segueing into equally dance-filled renditions of, “It Ain’t You” and “One Step at a Time.”

· Jordin took a second to connect with the audience stating, “Sometimes life is great, full of rainbows and butterflies and sometimes it’s not so great.”

· Jordin continued by dedicating her song, “Battlefield” to the audience saying, “If you’re going through something right now, this song is for you”

· She continued the intimacy of the performance by thanking the crowd again, telling them she knew she wouldn’t be here without the love and support of her fans.

· Sparks explained that she had the opportunity to dive deep into her writing on the upcoming album and was able to team up with many artists that she greatly respected. One of these artists include Babyface, who she collaborated with crafting her new track, “They Don’t Give”

· Jordin elaborated that, “They Don’t Give” was inspired by being in a relationship that other people didn’t understand. But in the end, all that mattered was that the two people in the relationship knew what they had was great.

· After performing a segment of vocally impressive ballads, she energized the crowd once again by performing the classic, “Tattoo.”

· While performing, “Double Tap,” Jordin playfully mock Instagramed a photo on stage with her dancers.

· She closed the show with a crowd pleasing rendition of, “No Air,” encouraging the audience to sing along.
