Johnny Manziel Lands 4 Yr Deal with Browns
Texas AM star player Johnny Manziel may have been the Cleavland Browns 22nd pick in the NFL draft, but he now has a contract.
CelebNMusic247.com has learned via TDDaily that the Browns have announced they’ve reached a deal on a 4-year contract with 1st rounder Johnny Manziel.
Ian Rapoport took to social media @RapSheet June 17 to announce:
“Johnny Manziel’s 4-year contract is worth approximately $8.3M with a roughly $4.3M signing bonus. Whopping 94% guaranteed (65% in year 4)”
Knowing that when it comes to NFL contracts, the only thing that matters is the guranteed money, the numbers say that the Browns won’t take a major hit if Manziel doesn’t pan out.
Regardless, Johnny Football has another reason to do his money dance.
