CelebNMusic247.com reports that Amber Heard is speaking on more alleged abuse she experienced in a new court filing against ex Johnny Depp.
Amber Heard claims that Johnny Depp became “the Monster” when he was allegedly under the influence of drugs and alcohol, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.
Following Amber’s claims, her ex Depp’s attorney issued a statement denying Heard’s new claims in the court filing.
Depp’s attorney said in the statement:
A hoax confronted with the reality of evidence requires new lies to sustain itself. Yesterday’s filing, made by a woman with a prior arrest and incarceration for domestic abuse, presented Amber Heard’s new lies.
This is not the first time Heard was caught up in a domestic violence lawsuit. Back in 2009 Heard was arrested for domestic violence with then-girlfriend Tasya van Ree. Heard didn’t face any charges since Tasya said it was “misinterpreted.” Both actors signed NDAs barring them from discussing their relationship publicly.
Heard and Depp, 55, were married in 2015. In May 2016, she filed for a domestic violence restraining order against him, accusing him of abusing her. They settled out of court in 2016 for $7 million, but now they’re heading back to the courthouse.
Johnny Depp denied the claims, and the former couple settled their divorce out of court in August 2016 for $7 million, which she donated to charity.
Depp sued her for defamation after she wrote an op-ed for the Washington Post in December 2018 in which she described being an alleged victim of domestic violence.
Though, Amber Heard is determined to make Depp pay claiming Depp repeatedly hit her, ripped out her hair and choked her.
Heard claims according to the court documents:
Depp “would become a totally different person, often delusional and violent. We called that version of Johnny, ‘the Monster.’”
In 2014, She alleges on a flight from Boston to Los Angeles in May 2014.
Heard said:
Instead of reacting to his behavior, I simply moved seats. That didn’t stop him. He provocatively pushed a chair at me as I walked by, yelled at me, and taunted me by yelling out the name ‘James Franco.
