Joe and Teresa said that he cannot speak on the drivers license hearing that is set for October 15, but what CelebNMusic247.com has learned is that Joe is facing time over trying to get a drivers license in his brother’s name.

Joe Giudice just got scheduled a new court date on charges that he presented false documentation to get a driver’s license while his was suspended.

See, authorities said the 42-year-old husband of reality star Teresa Giudice faked being his brother, Pietro, to get a license in June 2010 after his own was suspended following a DWI five months earlier. Officials say he fraudulently used his younger brother’s marriage and birth certificates to obtain the license.

The ruse was uncovered after Pietro was stopped by police in March 2011 — and Joe’s image came up in the officer’s search.

According to North Jersey, Joe has been scheduled for October 15. The hearing will be next week. Joe already has been sentenced for 41 months and Teresa 15 months behind bars.

Joe’s case is now set on October 15th after being postponed repeatedly.

Superior Court Judge Adam Jacobs said the case will be resolved without further delay, describing it as “one of the oldest cases on my docket.”

As for their business, Fabulicious and Fabellini, they are both suffering because they put all the money into the business. As Joe explains, ” you have to put a lot of money into a business before you see a profit.”

As for, Teresa divorcing Joe while he’s in jail is all made up rumors. She is NOT pregnant and she did NOT hire a stylist to beat her face before heading to the trial.
