Joe Giudice Back In Court For DL Sentencing Today:
Remember Teresa Giudice’s husband Joe was arrested for was accused of using his brother’s identification to obtain a New Jersey driver’s license while his own was suspended due to a DUI.
Well today it Joe Giudice’s sentencing for possessing a fraudulent driver’s license and will lose his license for up to two years.

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Joe Giudice is scheduled to enter the federal pen sometime next year for bankruptcy fraud and conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud.
Giudice, who, in his first televised interview this week since wife Teresa started serving her time for fraud, said, “We’re not, you know, these criminals or whatever,” took a plea deal in the driver’s license case that would require no additional jail time. But Judge Adam E. Jacobs will rule today in Passaic County Superior Court on a fine and for how long Giudice will lose his driving privileges.
Giudice was accused of using his brother’s identification to obtain a New Jersey driver’s license while his own was suspended due to a DUI. When his brother was later stopped by a Lincoln Park police officer, the photo in the state system didn’t match, authorities say. The more serious of the two charges Giudice faced, willfully using the identification of another, was a second-degree offense and carried a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison.
After Teresa finishes her 15-month sentence — with good behavior, she can be out in February 2016 — Joe must serve a 41-month sentence, and then faces deportation because the native of Italy is not a United States citizen.
