CelebNMusic247.com reports that accused sex criminal R. Kelly’s live-in girlfriend Joycelyn Savage has broken her silence saying she is ‘a victim’ of the R&B singer.
Joycelyn Savage, 24, created a subscription Patreon account this week to tell her story to those willing to pay for it, describing how she moved in with Kelly at the age of 19.
Savage wrote in an introduction to her Patreon channel, after two years of silence on social media:
I am here to tell my story I will reveal information/secrets I’ve been sweared to not ever bring to light but I am willing to risk it all. This is my story on Mr. Kelly.
Jocelyn says that she is “just trying to get back to me,” so this is why she is telling her story:
Savage goes on to describe how she was 17 when she first met Kelly in 2015 at one of his concerts. That is the concert that her father claims that it was his birthday, and he took his daughter to the concert and then allowed the R&B singer to take his daughter on stage.
Jocelyn Savage Tells Her Story on R. Kelly’s Mental Abuse:
Jocelyn says meeting Kelly was a “fun experience” at first but she had “mixed emotions.”
After meeting Kellz he promised to launch her music career and often told her “Baby girl you are going to be the next Aaliyah.” So she dropped out of college when she was 19 and moved into Kelly’s home.
Some time passed and as her time in his home grew longer he grew controlling and domineering.
She reveals in her story:
After these couple of months, Robert started giving me commands and making sure I call him by certain names. Like ‘Master’ or ‘Daddy’ which I didn’t really care for at the time. If I wasn’t getting paid or pursuing my dream I would’ve went home, but all of that didn’t stop just yet. But It started getting worse by day by day, he would raise his voice at me if I didn’t call him by those two names.
How R. Kelly Was Controlling:
Jocelyn Savage also reveals that Robert (R. Kelly) made her respond to him saying “Yes, daddy” or “Please daddy” when he called her. She goes on to say, if she protested or wanted to talk to her parents, Kelly threatened to withdraw support for her musical aspirations.
She goes on to reveal:
He would always would say “All this can stop today, you want a career? Or do you want to live a normal life” basically trying to make me do what he wants.
Why She LIED and Supported R. Kelly:
This is a far cry from her previous interview supporting R. Kelly after his arrest in January by attending court hearings alongside Kelly’s other live-in girlfriend, Azriel Clary.
At that time, the two women appeared in a televised interview in March defending R. Kelly, and claiming that their own parents were scheming to blackmail Kelly.
Kelly, 52, who is currently facing a total of 18 federal counts, including child pornography, kidnapping and forced labor, next court hearing is set for February 13.
