Yesterday, Jeffrey Hubbard, who was part of the Glover party on Lake Lanier July 2012 when he lost control of his jet ski and ran over Kile, who was sitting on an inflatable raft pleaded NOT GUILTY!
I’m sorry but how in the heck does he think he can plead not guilty to homicide after killing Kile?
Word is, Jeffery lost control and instead of falling to the left or right to pull the Jet Ski away from doing harm he instead ran over Kile, who was sitting on an inflatable raft.
Let’s be real a Jet Ski should NOT be anywhere near children swimming! And nine times out of ten the areas are roped off in lakes, so who is he fooling?
Usher‘s step son Kile never regained consciousness and died in the hospital 15 days later of heart failure.

Jeffery pleaded not guilty yesterday to charges of homicide with a vessel, reckless operation of a vessel, unlawful operation of a personal watercraft, boat traffic violation, and serious injury by vessel.
The next hearing date is set for later this year.
Personally, we if he cannot prove himself innocent in this horrific event that took a child’s life, then he should be locked up! And was he sober at the time of the fatal accident? I just feel like the whole incident could have been avoided if his father was doing his job as a parent! Where was he when Kile was in the water?
I hope that the courts ream him, because if they don’t his future lover in prison will!
