(CelebNMusic247-News) Jay Z Officially Drops Hyphen
Jay Z no longer name will appear as Jay-Z since he keeps the #NewRules coming, with the latest involving the spelling of his name.
Hov is reportedly ‘officially’ no longer using a hyphen in his name, thus going from Jay-Z to Jay Z.
Here’s the drop according to Joe Levy:
Word comes from Billboard’s editor, Joe Levy, who says this news come from the label. However, Hov may have been attempting to drop the hyphen from his name for awhile now, because as people have pointed out, since the Watch The Throne days there has been a lack of a hyphen in Jay’s printed name.
His Facebook page has been spelled without a hyphen as well. Although it seems like the no-hyphen spelling never took in the past, maybe it will this time. What do you think?
