The superstar sister of the late Michael Jackson has been out of the spotlight for several years now, and announced the news today, her 49th birthday, in a new video.

She says in the clip, “I promised you’d hear it from my lips, and now you will,” referencing a tweet she made last August after speculation that she was making new music.

She continued:

“This year, new music, new world tour, a new movement. I’ve been listening. Let’s keep the conversation going.”
