James Corden Taking Over The Late Late Show
After Craig Ferguson hangs his Late Late Show hosting hat the Into The Woods actor James Corden Taking Over The Late Late Show.
CelebNMusic247.com has learned that James Corden, 35, is to be the new host of The Late Late Show, replacing Craig Ferguson, according to The Wrap. Though we find it interesting that the news has yet to be confirmed by either CBS or Corden.
Here’s the breakdown:
Ferguson announced in April that he would be stepping down as host of The Late Late Show, just weeks after CBS had revealed that Stephen Colbert would replace its other late-night host David Letterman in 2015.
In May, CBS said that an announcement about Ferguson’s replacement was not imminent.
Corden gained some prominence in the US when he won Best Leading Actor in a Play at the Tony Awards in 2012, but he is not a household name. His recent projects include Begin Again with Keira Knightley, and Disney’s Into the Woods.
