(CelebNMusic247-News) Ja Rule Free But Still Serving Time!
Despite earlier reports in 2013 that Ja Rule would not be coming home from prison until late July, rapper N.O.R.E. announced via Twitter hat the former Murder, Inc out of prison!
Although, Ja is a free man the Federal Bureau of Prisons says he left a correctional facility in New York‘s Adirondacks on Tuesday (May 7), though time remains on his sentence.
Word is, Ja Rule, 36, will technically remains July 28, with possible community-based supervision for the balance.
Jeffrey Atkins aka Ja Rule was reportedly picked up by his wife, she took him home and that he’ll remain in home confinement until then.
N.O.R.E. happily tweeted:
“Welcome home @Ruleyork.”
“Just spoke to @Ruleyork everybody tell him welcome home!!!”
Late last year, Ja was released from state prison after serving most of his two-year sentence for illegal gun possession and was taken into federal custody for tax evasion!
