J Lo and Mark Anthony Divorce Details Finalized
The details are in regarding Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony divorce settlement are being reported including an ‘anti-paparazzi’ clause for their children.
CelebNMusic247.com has learned via TMZ that the celebrity couple agreed that neither would court publicity when it comes to their six-year-old twins Emme and Max.
They have also agreed they will avoid ‘aggressive news organizations and photographers’ using their ‘best efforts’. However, JLo has sole custody of the children with Marc only being allowed to see them for seven days a month and only under the supervision of a nanny.
It was revealed that he originally asked for joint legal and physical custody of the twins, but the court denied him. As for child support neither party will be liable to help pay for the children since they’re both squilionaires.
Jennifer has also had her legal name changed from Jennifer Muniz (Anthony’s real surname) back to Jennifer Lopez.
In a joint statement three years ago the couple announced they would be splitting, saying:
“This was a very difficult decision. We have come to an amicable conclusion on all matters.”
It was Jen’s third marriage, after she was wed chef Ojani Noa from 1997 to1998 and backup dancer Cris Judd from 2001 until 2003. Marc was married to former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres from 2000 until 2004 making his marriage to Jennifer his second.
Fun Fact: Many of you think that Jennifer Lopez got the name JLo from her fans but according to Jen herself, Heavy D gave her that nickname.
