Gucci Mane is having some serious legal problems and according to a source, the Atlanta rapper won’t be free to much longer since he got denied community service.

Gucci’s recent request for for community service following his recent attack of a fan (and US soldier) with a bottle has been denied.

To recap:

Gucci Mane got into an altercation earlier this year in an Atlanta nightclub with one of his own fans. According to reports, the fan claims he only asked for a picture with Gucci before he was hit in the head with a champagne bottle by the rapper himself. Unfortunately for the fan, it  was also his birthday and he was hoping he could get the picture while partying with close friends.

Following the attack, Gucci Mane was then charged with aggravated assault with a weapon but later pleaded not guilty to the charge.

The hearing for Gucci Mane took place on Monday (Aug 19), but a judge denied his request to do community service following the arrest over the assault.

Now, things are looking grim for the World War 3: Lean mixtape rapper, since it’s very possible Gucci is heading back to jail for the assault, especially since he’s had lots of legal troubles continuously throughout his rap career.

In the meantime, he’s actively beefing with his own artist Waka Flocka and taking multiple shots at rappers T.I. and Young Jeezy in his music and Twitter account. Neither Jeezy, nor T.I. have responded to the recent jabs. However, Waka Flocka has been clapping back on Twitter.

No trial date has been set, but FOX 5 Atlanta is reporting it could be set in November or December of this year.

In other news, Fresh off of announcing his new distribution partnership with 101D, the former Warner Bros. Records star is reportedly setting the table for his 1017 Brick Squad compilation with a multi-part mixtape.

Gucci Mane has released a new mistape which he recently fired shots at Waka Flocka sayng he was selling all his rights in a poor attempt to promote his World War 3: Lean Mixtape.
